There were only small fishes. There was no bite of big fish. Also, there is no information about big fishes. I thought I don't need to go fishing until Japanese Barracudas become big.
I started at a relatively late time, but horse mackerels were able to catch probably because there was muddiness of sea water. A gurnard was caught. There was no bite of big fish. It was a new discovery that the gurnard's sashimi is very similar to the sillago japonica's.
We started at 4:30 am. The horse mackerels were caught immediately, but soon they were not able to catch. Megochies were caught for the first time in a while.
We started at five am. There was no horse mackerel as we predicted (because the sun had risen high enough). We learned again we cannot fish when the tide quiet.
Today is the first day of fishing this year and the first driving of the new boat. It is slow and small. Unexpectedly juvenile Japanese amberjack (ツバイソ) was caught. There were no small horse mackerels.
